Dunno how to add Arcane [Guardian] here.
It is pretty simple. Max tankiness + enough points left to switch out [Adaptation] for [Streamline] in case you don't need it for low level missions.

My build is made in mind for my Tank Slow [Nova]. It also works with some portal based build I have.
