Dunno how to add Arcane [Guardian] here.
It is pretty simple. Max tankiness + enough points left to switch out [Adaptation] for [Streamline] in case you don't need it for low level missions.

• This build is a lot better than the ones that need '2 mods' to [Reach] 145% strength as [Umbral Intensify] can [Reach] that alone with only 1% difference in slow which allows you to actually enjoy exilus mods.

My build is made in mind for 'max' speed tanknova who uses [Power Donation] aura. It also works with some portal based build I have.
