This is a basic build for [Nidus] but with a few changes:
I replaced range mod with a strain mod because not only does it update your [Helminth Charger], it also can heal you, also I feel range is useless because of Warframes advanced movement options (but this is optional so you can keep range is you want)

Most importantly, I replaced energy mods with [Teeming Virulence] (this is optional but I wouldn’t recommend an energy mod, [Nidus] does not need it TRUST me).

Now the rest is necessary (except for the aura).
P.S. I wish DE could buff [Helminth Charger], if you have any ideas on how please leave in comments (Mabey a synergy with [Nidus]).
