Evo II: Depends on your choice. Guardian's Might needs overshields, while Deadly Pace needs 1.2+ Sprint Speed.
[Guardian]'s Might: You'll need [Vile Acceleration] or [Primed Shred]. [Primed Shred] is not needed unless you want to punch through walls in Incarnon Form. Charged normal shot has innate PT and Incarnon Form has unlimited body PT.
Deadly Pace: Swap [Vile Acceleration] for a mod of your choice. Some suggestions: Riven mod, a faction mod, Heat mod (to increase the Heat proc weight and damage), Amalgam Serration (allows any Warframe to reach 1.2+ Sprint Speed requirement), Hammer Shot, Vigilante Armaments...
Evo III: Ardent Trigger, unless you REALLY want the Projectile Speed. I don't recommend the negative Zoom, because it makes headshotting harder.
Evo IV: Up to you. Bear in mind that they are all additive to base stats, before mods are applied. Also bear in mind that undamaged enemies will probably be hard to meet since Warframe has so many AoE damaging abilities and even 1 damage will disqualify it.
