• At least 265 range for Larva to pull enemies.
• Enemy Radar to see spawns when they aren't being pulled by Larva.
• Larva Burst for more controlled pulls.
• Zenurik Focus for energy from Wellspring and the free cast from Inner Might (most important at the beginning of a run, as you start with zero energy).
• Arcane Blessing to pick up health orbs while at full hp, allowing you to make use of Equilibrium.
• Arcane Steadfast and Fleeting Expertise to be able to to spam Larva at will (especially important with Larva Burst).
• Greedy Pull to not miss Endo drops.

~150-200% cast speed highly recommended.
