Multi Configuration Build for Nidus Prime - Configuration B

As a big fan of [Nidus], he is one of my favorite frames, I think he is worth the 3 Umbral Forma investment. This 3 Umbra Forma set up allows for a decent manipulation of mods in his other slots.

Configuration B - Tanky'ish Farmer - For faster Defense missions and easy weapon affinity farm for weapons.

Configuration B targets Sacrifices Ability Duration to allow push for large amount of Ability Range, capped Energy Efficiency, decent survivability and sprinkle of Ability Strength. Configuration B has off polarity mod slots due to this build consisting of multiple Configurations.
(My personal Favorite of the 3 Builds because Efficient doesn't always equal fun.)

*With capped Energy Efficiency I don't find the Zenurik Focus Tree required (Although it may allow for faster stack generation) and instead run the Unairu Focus Tree for more survivability
**How can low Ability Duration be both a pro and a con? The low Ability Duration allows for rapid spamming of Larva, colleting a large group of enemies very quickly. This can speed up defense missions, help you build stacks, and/or allow for easy weapon affinity farming.

Configuration A - All-rounder (For High Level Content)

Configuration A Targets a balance of survivability and power strength while keeping his duration at default levels allowing Parasitic Link to be utilized well.

*I recommend the Zenurik Focus Tree due to the poor Energy Efficiency.
