Slowva but unnecessarily so

An insanely over-built Slowva build. I haven't done this yet, but it's #goals.

All you really need to make Slowva work is 145% power strength ([Intensify] + [Power Drift]) and maximum duration ([Narrow Minded] + [Augur Message] + [Constitution]), so don't bother making this unless you really like [Nova].
