This is a primary build that reloads and maintains energy with Garuda's 3.

One can trade [Augur Secrets] for Prime [Flow], and maybe even trade additionally blind rage for quick thinking and exilus to pain threshold for the ol' reliable Garuda combo -- but with gloom lifesteal and using [Blood Forge] every 3 seconds either energy nor life is in danger.

One can also trade that for another strength, efficiency, or range mod but I like [Umbral Fiber]. [Primed Continuity] would be my choice if I am to substitute [Umbral Fiber].

This should be used in tandem with the [Kuva Zarr] gloom [Garuda] build because that weapon's reload is SLOW. Also, best use a vulpaphyla, the evasion or the (better suited for the task) the viral one with the three special cat mod.

Most importantly, I don't yet have [Primed Sure Footed] so I use another Exilus mod (and [Cautious Shot] on my [Zarr]), but that mod would be fantastic if you have it. With this polarity setup, with a D forma in the exilus you can use PSF without changing other forma. Four forma is pretty good.
