Currently the [Archon Intensify] doesn't work with gloom (or dispensary, but that's to be expected). If DE fixes this, then [Archon Intensify] will be optimal; if they don't, then [Blind Rage] would be my pick for maximizing turret damage. Between zenurik and dispensary you should never run out of energy.
Archon vitality doubles heat procs, so you will be a killing machine -- even more so than before.
[Rolling Guard] and [Augur Message] are my preference but they are flexible slots, I like it for dealing with pesky eximus that are immune to gloo, invincibility and shield gating. [Equilibrium] is also a practical option, as well as some other, if you only do lower level content without the need for [Rolling Guard], you can even sub this mod for more stats of your desire. I don't like shield gating, this is why I use gloom and also include [Adaptation]. If you like really active playstyle, sub [Adaptation].
[Brief Respite] can be swapped with [Growing Power], but the extra 25% ability strength really doesn't matter. Even discounting molt augmented, if [Archon Intensify] works, gloom can be cast with 260% ability strength (if gloom works on [Archon Intensify], you just need to pop gloom, life steal, and pop gloom again with the passive). If [Archon Intensify] turns out doesn't work with gloom, then sub for [Transient Fortitude] for 255% ability strength combined with passive and no molt augmented for yet another almost max slow. Or with blind strength for max strength on the turret and dispensary, we need damage because we don't have armour strip on this build.
Since we don't use energize, use zenurik (or really tight use of operator dissipate arcane, or both).
