Heavy investment, but this build maintains status as a tank even in the event that Splinter Storm is lost. Additionally, a massive energy pool and Tau resistance are included as a bonus. If you're playing with a group and don't require that much energy, you could swap [Primed Flow] for [Augur Message] and get roughly 6 extra seconds of Splinter Storm. Another alternative is [Augur Reach] for QoL, or [Spectrosiphon] if you're a fan of Spectrorage. Personally, I will be swapping Spectrorage for something such as Dispensary for a similar function, or Larva for grouping enemies before running into them.

Bear in mind that anything over 129% Strength is unnecessary, as the damage reduction of Splinter Storm is capped at 90%, and your Splinter Storm damage is impacted more by the damage, elemental damage, and slash (hold Shattered Lash) or puncture (tap Shattered Lash) of your stat stick.

I'm not familiar enough with Arcanes to recommend any in particular, so I just followed UltimoFive's recommendation in the meantime.
