DISCLAIMER
I am not an expert and have only just recently returned to Warframe. I don't know how to mark this build as private, but this is for me and I don't recommend you take my advice, as everyone else probably knows more about what they're doing.

That being said, I'm going to try this without using my [Primed Vigor]. Yes, having the maximum possible HP is cool, but I'm not convinced that I'll ever find myself in a situation in which 7642 HP is insufficient, but 8907 is enough. If you feel like using an extra forma on one of the Umbral mods, you could also replace [Gladiator Resolve] with [Primed Vigor], which still seems unnecessary to me.
That leaves us with one open spot compared to the typical Meta builds (which all seem to be spin-offs of the build by THeMooN85's, which you can find here https://overframe.gg/build/59179).

With that extra spot, your options for furthering your tanking potential are pretty limited from what I understand, and you're mostly going to be looking at a counter to crowd control effects or a novelty buff like Vigor, but I believe you can get away with just about anything, even quality-of-life mod that would typically go in the exilus slot. Your other option is a small DPS buff since you've already got tanking covered, and for that I'm going to be testing out [Elemental Sandstorm] to see if it's any better than when I last played.
