I swapped out Moon's [Augur Secrets] for [Umbral Fiber], only losing 2% strength (damage reduction is capped at 130% ability strength, so it is not impacted) and gaining an extra 120% health / 192% armor.
Additionally, I'd personally rather have +275% max energy than the extra 6 seconds of splinter storm provided by [Constitution]. [Augur Reach] would be a fun option as well.

I have not used this build yet, and I am holding it for [Gara Prime]. I plan on using Dispensary for extra energy, but Larva would also be a good choice for grouping enemies, though mostly unnecessary with 169% range.
