60% flat crit for you and all your allies within 25m range for 10sec every 20sec. Broken. Better than the Smeeta Charm crit buff if you're running weapons (such as sniper rifles) that already do orange crits because this will push you up to red crits and more consistently. Smeeta Charm crit buff will set your crit chance to 200% effectively griefing melee Blood Rush + Sacrifical Steel builds and it rolls between other buffs which is an unreliable source of crit.

Max survivability build because a dead cat gives no buffs. Medi-Pet Kit is a blessing when Eidolon hunting since it gives you more time to focus on other things than worrying about resurrecting your cat.

Please for the love of god if you're doing Eidolons unequip Fetch to not grief Unairu Wisps (100% dmg boost to operator), they will get pulled into your warframe when you're supposed to take them with your operator to receive the buff, also the person in charge of shield breaking should be taking them.

The build is a bit expensive (6 forma) but totally worth it.
