• Its important to have ~600 shield base
• Each percentage reloaded by a holstered weapon will count as a reload, thus you only need to shoot and holster.
• Can also use Tactical Reload, Lock and Load and/or Eject Magazine all which will give even faster shield gains.

Hastened Deflection / Primed Animal Instinct

• Hasted Deflection for upkeep on Reinforced Bond
• Primed Animal Instinct if you want to luxury of those perks.
