Mutilator Build

This is mostly something I have already done, I just need a few tweaks on my mods, [Organ Shatter] can be replaced with a [Body Count] if you feel you need the extra time for running between groups of enemies, and damage only goes up if you have a [Steel Charge] aura running with it
