This build focuses on utilizing Hates unique incarnon gimmick that makes it launch spectral scythes with light attacks.

Spectral Scythes inherit Hates CC, CD, and SC. Direct hits deal 50% of Hates base damage as IPS and are affected by [Condition Overload]. The AOE deals 50% of Hates base damage as pure heat and is not affected by [Condition Overload]. Spectral Scythes also inherit modded elements and single elements will combine with the Heat from the AOE. Spectral Scythes are not affected by melee damage sources such as [Pressure Point] and Arcane Fury, however universal base damage sources like Arcane Arachne and Vigorous Swap will increase the damage.

II. Optional, both provide +30 Damage as well as an extra niche stat that is overall inconsequential the performance of the weapon.

III. Resolute Force: +10s Combo Duration.

• This will obviously help you maintain your combo longer and gives you the option to replace Dexterity Arcanes on your guns.

IV. Absolute Dominion: +20% Status Chance.

• The status chance is more beneficial for the spectral scythes since they do not have a whole lot of base damage, but can proc lots of slash and heat. With this evolution and Weeping Wounds, you wil reach over 200% status chance at 12x combo.

NOTES

• Use a primer for more damage. Spectral Scythes will perform quite well on base steel path, but to get the most out of them use an Armor Strip or buff like Roar/Eclipse.

• You can swap [Gladiator Vice] for [Sacrificial Steel] or Primed Reach if you use Arcane Strike on your Warframe, OR, you can swap it for a Riven that has attack speed.
