This [Hate] build tailor made for my Kullervo build and will not work as well for other frames since no tennokai.

This build lets us hit 715 crit chanse at full combo and Wrathful Advance which is 15 above the tier 6 crit cap. Topping it off with damage and utility mods to make it easy and fun to use.

Incarnon Options:
Evolution II: Swordsman's Flourish, helps us keep high multiplier with Recompense.
Evolution III: Resolute Force makes our combo decay slower.
Evolution IV: Depends on your mod setup If you are under 300% Critical Chance with conditionals proc'd, Go with Absolute Valor or Subtle Force. If you are Crit Capped, Absolute Dominion.

Mods:

Reaping Spiral: Stance doesn't really matter as we will be heavy attacking/Wrathful Advancing at all times.

[Dispatch Overdrive]: Since we do not use normal melee attacks we do not benefit from tennokai. So might as well get some Build Utility out of it.

[Gladiator Might]: Gives us 60 Critical Multiplier, and 120% crit chance at 12 combo pushing us just over that 700 cap.

[Blood Rush]: 480% Crit Chance.

[Primed Smite Grineer](Flex): Faction Damage Applies after damage calculation so its better to use than normal damage%, You can run [Primed Pressure Point] here if you don't want to bother with chancing out faction mods or if enemies in mission are not moddable.

[Sacrificial Steel](Flex): Run your Riven here: Your riven should be close to 200 Crit chance, if you are lacking some pick Absolute Valor or Subtle Force from Incarnon Options.

[True Punishment]: Helps us keep our combo up with Recompense. Negative Combo duration is only 2.5s off our total of 30 with weapon Arcanes.

Algam [Organ Shatter]: 85% Crit Damage, And helps us keep our Wrathful Advance casts nice and snappy.

[Condition Overload]: Synergizes with our Diriga build to give us upwards of 1000% Melee Damage.

Focus Radon/[Focus Energy]:Pushes us to 90% Heavy attack Efficiency and the Elemental is nice too.

Riven stats:
Crit Chance: ~200%(mandatory to hit 700+)

Crit Damage: Your best extra option.

Damage: your second best extra option.

Faction Damage: if you don't mind.

Heavy Attack Efficency: With this you can drop Focus Radon/[Focus Energy] for [Primed Pressure Point]. According to the wiki it is also possible to [Reach] 100% Heavy attack Efficiency with a riven mod See: Lycath's Hunt

Additional Combo Count Chance: with this you can drop [True Punishment] for [Primed Pressure Point].

Combo Duration: Always nice to have more.
