This Sentient war instrument can either barrage targets with explosive bolts, or, draw on its regenerative battery to create twin plasma beams that chain through targets. When fully drained, Health is leached from nearby foes for a short period.

3 Forma Basmu | Heat-Elec-Rad-Viral | 16.3x Critical Damage in Held Mode
This build is meant to be used with [Harrow], preferably utilizing Arcane Avenger as well.
Otherwise you don't get Crit Chance at all.
With Harrow, you can guarantee both fire modes - especially held - will crit with a 11x Critical Damage multiplier.
You can replace [Vigilante Armaments] or [Radiated Reload] to a Faction mod. Remember to aim while shooting for the [Bladed Rounds] bonus.
This build doesn't use Crit Chance mods, as Covenant and Avenger are added after the mod bonuses with a flat value.
