This Sentient war instrument can either barrage targets with explosive bolts or draw on its regenerative battery to create twin plasma beams that chain through targets. When fully drained, Health is leeched from nearby foes for a short period.

Hello there,
Now here we got pure elemental damage weapon with both fire mode. First seems to be better option but alternate fire mode might be interesting too nah, alt fire is "da shit". But let us focus on main fire mode. It worth to mention that this weapon has "build in ammo recharge".
It has average Status Chance and below mediocre Critical Chance with standard Critical Multiplier. It has separated Electric and Heat damage, so we could combine it as Radiation, or we could leave it and add Viral damage so we could take advantage of it with accompaniment of [Hunter Munitions].
Lets do it. Now we have thee elemental auto rifle with very nice Status Chance and above average CC & CD. Burst damage look fine. It's not meta weapon, actually it's just another MR fodder. Alternative fire mode is really worthless so don't bother.
