The 4th EVO is what makes this weapon "the best" choice, and it is called: Critical Parallel. Remember that better stats are on regular Magistar, so don't pick Sancti Magistar.

Weapon stats do not matter, mods do. This is a slash-based StatStick, use it with Primer for best results.

If you do want to get Riven replace Spoiled Strike with the Riven also make sure to get one with melee damage and CD (Critical damage) and a negative for best results.
