Prisma dual cleavers IMO are one of the best all-around melees in-game.

Blood Rush, Organ Shatter, Berserker, CO (Condition overload), Primed Reach are all-around essential mods that I use on all of my melees now I personal use toxin and smite mods on my melees but you can replace that with either dual Status mods to make viral or corrosive
