This build is here to make any spy mission EXTREMELY easy. The [Infiltrate] mod allows you to walk through any laser, camera, sensor, and in front of pretty much any enemies without being detected, just be careful around nullifiers.

Efficiency and Duration are pushed high to maintain stealth easily. If you feel energy starved or don't want to [Hunt] for energy drops, throwing a squad energy restore at the beginning of the mission should cover all your energy needs.

Then it's just a matter of rolling around (the only fast movement available during stealth) the mission and cheesing your way through everything.
