You can just do Viral Hunter Munitions if you prefer - put [Hunter Munitions] over Primed Point Blank and swap Primed Charged Shell to Chilling Reload.
If armor strip, can swap Primed Charged Shell to Chilling Reload/[Primed Chilling Grasp] (may have difficulty with polarities)

Evolutions

Evo II: Reified Bane +10 dmg, and another +10dmg after reload from empty OR Fortress Salvo if you have armor > 450 (punchthrough is great for crowd clear).
Evo III: Ready Retaliation +100% reload after reload from empty
Evo IV: Critical Parallel +20% cc, +0.5 cd
