Evolution II has situational perks with gimmicks that depend on your playstyle.
✔️ Perk 1: Reified Bane
Increase Damage by +10. On Reload From Empty: Increase Damage by +10.
Large damage bonus that lasts infinitely or until a reload happens when the weapon isn't empty.
⚠️ Perk 2: Fortress Salvo
Increase Damage by +16. With Armor Over 450: +4 Punch Through.
Great damage bonus on groups of enemies but requires specific loadouts.
Evolution III has a few quality of life bonuses that are up to preferences.
✔️ Perk 1: Ready Retaliation
On Reload From Empty: +100% Reload Speed.
Useful on either form as it also allows increses the speed of transition to the Incarnon form.
⚠️ Perk 2: Mercenary Chamber
Increase ammo capacity to 195.
Only useful on the non-Incarnon form.
⚠️Perk 3: Practiced Grip
Increase Accuracy by +50%.
Only useful on the non-Incarnon form.
Evolution IV has better options depending on the elements chosen and the build.
⚠️Perk 1: Elemental Balance
Increase Status Chance by +12%.
Useful on status effect damage over time builds with external critical chance.
✔️Perk 2: Critical Parallel
Increase Critical Chance by +20%. Increase Critical Damage Multiplier by +0.5x.
Best perk on raw damage builds.
❌Perk 3: Survivor's Edge
Increase Critical Chance by +10%. Increase Status Chance by +6%.
Wasn't reworked like Elemental Balance was at the time this guide was written. Objectively worse than the other options.
