Hate(UltimateHeavy attack, Red Crit Build, Confirm bleed) One hit SP

This is an absolute overkill for warframe with red crits and confirm bleed status on heavy attack.
This is purely a heavy strike build but can hold on normal attacks also.
CC(Normal) = 30 + 30 (2.58 + 2.2 + 0.1) = 176.4%
CC(Heavy) = 30 + 30 2 * (2.58 + 2.2 + 0.1) = 322.8

You can put cheaper mods by replacing some mods but then also it will be a good weapon.
It can create damage numbers up to millions I have tested it and all of those will be red
