Basically, you can obtain a vigilante +20% critical buff without equipping any on your weapon by using this build above. You can reduce the forma cost to one by using unranked vigilante mods instead. You will need one Forma for Split Chamber and the 60/60 status mods are there to provide nice status effects to prime your enemies, you want to avoid using the same elements as the ones in your weapons if you can. If you missing [High Voltage] then [Malignant Force] works too.
