[Zephyr] is one of if not my favourite frame she is amazing in defense based objective CC enemies and applying status effects for massive damage, personally I recommend using some sort of AOE Status weapon such as the [Phantasma] as it has great synergy with her tornadoes, the arcanes here are quite flexible but my go too are always energize for the energy upkeep and acceleration for the fire rate increase, as for archon shards casting speed range strength or duration can work I wouldn't recommend crit usually as [Zephyr] works build with builds mainly centered around heavy AOE status application, energy shards are always an option too if you want to swap out energize for another arcane.
