General operation:
For this build, a set of mods will be used to create a synergy that almost always provides energy. This energy will obviously be used to spam [Mesa]'s ultimate to turn it into a kills turret.

Synergy:
To function, the following mods are IMPERATIVE:

[Combat Discipline] (Aura):
With this mod, with each kill, [Mesa Prime] will lose 10 points of health (and give 20 back to allies, which is possibly nice by the way).

Increased Flux (possibly the basic version):
In order to have a sufficient stock of energy and avoid being too quickly at maximum energy.

Balance:
Each time you pick up health, you get 110% more energy, and vice versa.

The big plus (if possible): replace your Power 1 with the Protea dispensary.

Now that the prerequisites have been described, here's how it works:

Every time you make a kill (whether with your weapon or your ultimate), you'll lose 10 health (not enough to put yourself in danger, even on a huge pack).

As soon as possible, you'll set up a dispensary, which will :

Drop energy orbs, which will already help.
Drop health orbs:>> These health orbs will systematically be picked up using your aura proc ([Combat Discipline]), as your health will almost never be at its maximum.>> As you pick up these health orbs, the balance mod will also proc and give you back 110% of the health picked up in energy (100 health picked up = 110 energy).
Starting to see the effect? Each point of health lost with the aura will be recovered with health orbs from the dispensary / enemies (which are more frequent than energy orbs), so you'll always have energy, and as this is a pick-up and not a power proc, the ultimate can remain activated during the pick-up!
