Archon Mods
Since Tornados can apply Heat and Toxin Procs, Deal Electricity Damage, and Kill with Cold Damage -based on the weapons used on it; they can trigger [Archon Vitality], [Continuity], [Stretch], and [Flow] respectively. Other than [Vitality], the other mods are used in this build anyways, so a little extra cost allows some pretty cool combos, especially since your Tornados can be fit from your allies’ weapons, not just yours, so you never know when they might trigger.

[Rolling Guard] is flexible, can be swapped for [Archon Vitality]
Arcanes
Energize is one of my favorites, and my gold standard for Energy Hungry frames or frames with channeled abilities (Like Gloom) that keep them from gaining energy from most sources (such as Energy Vampire), in this case [Zephyr]’s tailwind while hovering. Since Tailwind’s hover mode pulls energy orbs to you, this synergizes well with this build.
Eruption goes well here for the same reasons, with both; Tailwind will pick up Energy Orbs, triggering Eruption every time, and Energize frequently, allowing quick and healthy supply of energy and knockdowns.
