[Volt] is one the best warframe in the game. His abilities provides CC, damage, protection and buffs. Thus he can be quite handy in many different situations.

Basics

Strength is the main stat you should focus on in any build because it amplifies damage (and speed) from your abilities. Note: Buff from Electric shield does not affected by Strength and always 50%/200%.
In budget general use version main focus on the buffs. So duration and energy efficiency would be handy. Add [Shock Trooper] to add additional electrical damage to your weapons and Speed to increase movement speed. Shields are good for stationary type of missions so don't forget to use them. As they provide extra damage and cover from enemy fire. This build easily carry you through from start to endgame where you will have plenty of resources to transition into more powerful and duration version. Keep in mind solo you'll have a pretty hard time playing it because durability is not good.

Notes

• Aura slot is limited by Madurai polarity so there is no big room to choose. Pick whatever is suitable for you.
• [Power Drift] is a good addition, but as any Drift mode might be hard to get for new players. Other good options would be [Rush], [Handspring] or [Vigilante Pursuit] (for Vigilante Set).
• [Transient Fortitude] is the only mod which is required and hard to get, but without it build won't work properly. Because Strength is a very important stat.

Proof of Concept

While this build is designed for early game I've decided to push it to the limits paired with mediocre weapons.
