Your clone is a separate entity, many damage increase such as Arcanes and Galvanized mods' on-kill effects are applied as a buff to you, they won't affect the twin's damage.
Magnum Force's -accuracy will completely mess the twin's aiming, do not use it.

About this build

There is many way you can build a [Kuva Nukor] to kill Corpus, please check the Wiki damage table and the Index' enemy list (click the tabs to see each teams) in order to make your own opinion.

The Nukor's high base status chance and crit damage makes it viable to focus on either or both. The built-in elements of Radiation and Magnetic (if you picked [Mag]) gives good flexibility.

I went with Viral and Electricity to have a good balance of damage between humanoid and robotic as well as quality of life with the AoE stun of electricity as we will manipulate spawn location so they appear in a pack together (check the main guide). There are many other viable options.

I wouldn't change the top line ([Lethal Torrent], [Barrel Diffusion], Hornet Strike, Expel Corpus), but the rest can be whatever you prefer.

I believe heat damage is not worth it with the non-primed version because the armor strip takes two whole seconds to fully take effect. This is not the case if you have Primed Heat Charge, the raw damage alone is worth it.

Primed mods

Use them if you have them: [Primed Expel Corpus], Primed Heat Charge (instead of [Convulsion]).
You can use [Trick Mag] (+max ammo) for quality of life in the Exilus Slot, [Ruinous Extension] (beam length) is not needed.
