This build is SPECIFICALLY to be used with grouping such as pull, where 50% of your attacks should land directly on enemies.
This is because [Condition Overload] only applies to the direct hits and does NOT apply to the waves. You can get maximum benefit by using a primer like [Epitaph].
This also means Arcane [Fury] is REQUIRED to give +dmg to the waves. Otherwise if you don't own Arcane [Fury] you can swap [Condition Overload] to [Primed Pressure Point].
