OBERON ARBITRATION BUILD

[Oberon] is a paladin among Warframes. Endowed with zealous offensive powers and sacred protective skills, he is a balanced fighter with assault and supportive capabilities. [Oberon] came to light in Update 11.5.

[Oberon] Abilities

One of the toughest things about this build is that you really want to hit 235% range in order to get hallowed ground to go 360 degrees aka to make a circle. At the same time, you want to keep your strength high in order to keep your healing/s with renewal high. To complete it all you need a decent duration in order to keep renewal from draining all of your energy immediately.

This build is geared towards arbitrations but it translates well to other mission types so it can be an everyday use build.

Stats to consider

[Phoenix Renewal]: 100% Health Restored.

When playing arbitrations I try to keep up my renewal at all times. Utilizing [Phoenix Renewal], your teammates will be healed up to 100% health if they take fatal damage. It has a 90 seconds cooldown. When possible I recommend putting down your hallowed ground but make sure to keep enough energy in reserves for renewal. The armor buff that hallowed ground gives is useful especially when trying to prevent using phoenix renewal prematurely.

In lower-level missions feel free to just spam hallowed ground and don't worry too much about [Phoenix Renewal]. Hallowed ground does a good job of knocking out enemy armor and weakening them plus healing isn't as important.

I use [Rejuvenation] as the aura just for the extra healing per second but feel free to use whatever suits you. If you would rather use [Steel Charge] and save a forma that's perfectly fine.

If you decided to use [Steel Charge] as your aura you are able to put on [Constitution] in place of [Augur Message] for the extra 4% duration.

Feel free to switch around the Exilus slot if you don't care too much about the extra strength and think something else would be better suited there.

Overall, this build is good for Arbitrations and if you are doing Arbitrations without a premade group I recommend going [Oberon] because his abilities are pretty crucial and will help out your team a lot.

If you are looking for a more casual everyday use build I made one here.
