Optimum Primal Rage plus Cloudwalker utility

Maximized DUR, EFF, STR to stay in Primal Fury as much as possible, without sacrificing survivability or Cloudwalker travel time. Defy's end-of-skill spin is reduced to roughly 4 meter radius, but armor duration makes up for that in my opinion.
