Did a bit of fiddling, drawing on the builds I found here, and this is the one that feels best to me in the Simulacrum.
As ifyouhavetoask says in their build (https://overframe.gg/build/318749/cyanex/prime-or-melt-why-not-both-113k-dps-brap-gat/), Hemhorrage interacts with Galvanised Shot to boost damage but this is not shown by Overframe's calculator. When I tested in the simulacrum it definitely felt quicker killing things with Hemmhorage on instead of [Stunning Speed].
[Lethal Torrent] is enough to proc many, many things quickly and I didn't notice the fairly slow reload time because there were so many DOT effects it didn't mannter.
Cascadia Flare is transformative but not essential - on a status build like this one it does speed up the burny burny quickly though.
Exilus mod is just my prefrence for faster hitting, skip it if you want.
