An edited version of Hyoretsu's build (https://overframe.gg/build/75630/aklex-prime/aklex-prime-executioners-57k-dps-103k-burst/) - not yet tested, but the numbers look tasty. Cascadia Flare seems to push the numbers highter than any other arcane.
