In the blank vazarin slot I would use Adaptation or Rolling Guard. In the other blank spot I would choose between Preparation/Streamline/Umbral Intensify/Augur Secrets/[Mobilize].

If you don't own an Arcane Energize, I would make the following adjustments. P.[Flow] & fleeting become rank 4 streamline & rank 4 fleeting, blind rage becomes augur secrets, the empty spot is u.intensify, and the vaz slot is adapt/rg
