Requires [Synth Fiber] on companion, this allows pickup of health orbs generated by dispensary for 110 energy each, often 220. Energy is not an issue due to dispensary and [Primed Flow]. The large energy pool helps to balance out energy leeches and magnetic procs.

With molt efficiency stacked, this build has 191 dur / 280 range / 183 str which makes regular sanctuary onslaught a breeze. With an affinity booster, I usually get 50-60k focus on each of the first two rounds. Going past 4 slows it down a lot.

If you need more survivability, throw on a decaying dragon key. [Brief Respite] will keep your shield gate up when needed.
