Maximum Danse Macabre Damage with 5/s energy drain

The goal of this build is to find the highest possible ability strength while maintaining an energy drain of 5/s with Danse Macabre.

Please do not try to use this build. It's vulnerable while casting Mesmer Skin and lacks energy and energy regeneration.

Molt Efficiency raises Ability Duration from 166.5% to 202.5%, lowering Danse Macabre's energy drain from 6.01 to 5.
Molt [Vigor] pushes Ability Strength from 361% (with [Energy Conversion] and [Growing Power]) to 406%.
