This build is even better than Any [Rhino] in index. [Rhino], [Nezha], [Inaros] and other tanks rely on a skill that provides an extra layer of protection that, as enemy levels grow, so does their damage, until they [Reach] a point that will one shoot [Rhino]'s Iron Skin or other shields provided by skills.
[Revenant]'s Mesmer Skin doesn't care about damage + stuns anyone that get's the chance to shoot you.

Step 1. Start Index game

Step 2. Go to and take Energy Orb

Step 3. Use Mesmer Skin (2). It gives you ~11-14 charges. That means that 14 different enemies will shout you once and get stunned for a few seconds. This buff will last 3-6 minutes in the first 2-3 High Index rounds and then according to your play style and familiarity will probably last a bit less 2-4 minutes.

Step 4. When Mesmer Skin charges are depleted ( or near to being depleted ) repeat from Step 2.

[Rolling Guard] is there because it provides full immunity while casting Mesmer skin.

Arcanes are not needed but feel free to use one you like.
