Swap bloodforge for [Blending Talons] for a good melee build. Radial blind would also give all weapons an 8x melee stealth multiplier, and a 64x slash proc multiplier.
Use bleeding and decaying dragon keys for quicker bloodletting and shield gating.
Needs 3 augur mods to fully recharge shields with radial blind.
