+30% parkour velocity, and +20% sprint/slide make this a great stat stick. A 3x combo multi, forced slash on heavy, and +160% heavy windup speed make this perfect for easy acolyte oneshots too, going over the damage cap for slash procs with just 2 primed heavy attacks. Electric instead of toxin because you want all raw damage to go to shields, so no slash ticks are wasted.
