This is a wild build specifically made for Railjack support. In her SpaceJockey form think of [Garuda] as Mr. Scott when Kirk shouts "Scotty we need more power". [Garuda] shouts back, "I'm giving her all I've got Captain" and then like a miracle worker conjures more power.

The secret to this is not visible here but if you have an upgraded Helminth replace [Garuda]'s Ability 2 "Blood Altar" with the Helminth ability "Voracious Metastasis"

Then proceed in the following:

Hit 2 to engage healing at cost of energy.
Repeatedly spam 3 to damage yourself as you are healing and oh yeah... everyone around you gets energy.

That's it. Spend the rest of the time in a turret or the Dome gun firing missiles, then hopping out to make more energy, then back into the turret firing missiles. Also kill anyone who boards the ship. Stay on the ship as much as possible and be the miracle working ships engineer you are.

There are probably some better methods for rounding out this one trick pony and I'd love to hear how to optimize this even more. I took [Steel Charge] for more power and a simple good ability that doesn't drain ability strength. I took [Power Drift] for same reason. There are arguments for bringing some additional quality of life mods to make more durable, but given ship board role, it wasn't necessary.
