High power strength with a minimum amount of negative stats to keep up versatility.

This build is meant to buff up your whole squad and keep you alive - while keeping Wisp's whole skillset usable.

• Since I really enjoy using Breach Surge (a lot), I did not want to add Blind Rage. If you're here for the buffs, feel free to do so. ;)
• Aura: Corrosive Projection is not as strong anymore but it's still a good pick. Energy Siphon isn't necessary, Enemy Radar can be useful in arena-style missions where you can't bring a companion with Animal Instinct.
• Stretch: Personal preference (Breach Surge...), feel free to replace it.
• No Umbral mods or not enough Forma at hand? Simply use regular Vitality and Intensify, they'll do the job just fine.
• [Umbral Vitality] or Fiber: Fiber might be better while your buffs are active, but I prefer that extra chunk of health in case your buffs run out or get purged by a Nullifier or Demolyst.
• Play around and vary this build until you've found something perfectly suiting your own playstyle.

Arcanes:

• Grace, Guardian, Barrier, or Aegis for increased tankiness.
• Energize for energy sustain. (Only necessary if you want to spam Sol Gate and/or Breach Surge.)

Helminth:

• Do what you want, everything below is nothing more than a suggestion. I'm usually overwriting Sol Gate.
• Empower can give you extra buff strength. The Augment mod Fused Reservoir can be equipped in your Exilus slot, thus allowing you to set up all three buffs with one cast.
• Damage buffs: Roar, Eclipse
• Utility: Dispensary, Ensnare
• Status immunity: Fire Walker, Spellbind

There's always some more potential to further minmax, but I'm really enjoying this jack-of-all-trades build.
