You only need range for SHOCK mote but you don't really need to use it on defense missions and for non-defensive missions you can take out Fiber and [Power Drift] and replace it with [Stretch] and [Fused Reservoir].

You will need to use an Umbral Forma and buy rank 0 UMRAL FIBER from Samaris because we just need to get the UMBRAL SET buff. Insane Support for Missions like Survival, Defense, Mobile Defense, Excavation and OFCOURSE Eidolon.
Again if you dont want [Umbral Fiber] than you can always go for more range or duration mods which cost 7 capacity by putting Rank 4 [Power Drift]
