Want to melt down the Index NPCs ??? Kill them in less than a second ???? Make other people ask for your build ??? Melting down the NPCs health bar just like how Nef Anio loses his credits ???? Well here is the build for you which will Melt 100+ enemies within a mere second :)

Most of the mods for self-explanatory like [Hornet Strike] (Extra Dmg), Primed Target Craker, and [Pistol Gambit] for Crit chance and damage. [Lethal Torrent] for multishot and fire rate and [Galvanized Diffusion] for Scaling Multishot. these 5 mods you will use in almost every single of [Regulators] build.
The other 3 are what will decide the damage and you will use different combinations for different factions. As for Index, I am going for Radiation and [Anemic Agility], which allows me to melts the enemy health bar and shields before they are even able to blink. But the other option which is just a little bit slower by only 1 second is taking Viral and Heat as [Regulators] have Slash so taking Viral is good. So if you want to do that then take [Frost] [Bite] and Toxin to get the combo, it's your personal choice, and if you would like to get the better combo then try it on Index or in the training ground and take out all Neptune NPCs you can find which are found in Index and test your mods :)

Don't forget to take Arcane Velocity as it's a must.
