~~One of the 3 best frames for speedrunning. Wukong is the slowest of the 3, but also the most controllable and maneuverable.
Also the best Spy-frame in the game as Cloud Walker(2) makes him invisible and allows him to go through lasers.

Uses more Forma than needed to increase starting Energy (+5 Energy per unused point of Capacity, which means +65 Energy for this build).

Cast Cloud Walker(2) and Crouch, that makes your cloud scale with Sprint mods. It will move you slowly downwards, either tilt camera or hold Jump to compensate.

Highly recommended to be used with a Rifle, for the +25% Sprint Speed from Amalgam Serration. Fulmin is a great option, offering nice burst damage and convenience: https://overframe.gg/build/58285

[Coaction Drift] can be used instead of [Streamline] for a tiny +2.25% Sprint Speed. Generally not worth it tho.~~
