This is a build found on youtube made by Distant Observer, allows players to use [Hate]'s standard attacks against lvl 160 rather than having to utilise a heavy attack build which is more boring in comparison. Constructive Criticism is encouraged if there are ways to improve this build (Other than with a riven).
