[Natural Talent] is the mod of choice for speedrunning, but for less speedy play PContinuity can be more desirable (polarity compatible, just swap spots with Adaptation).

Adaptation Rank doesn't matter much, it stacks up to 90% resist at all ranks, only the % per hit (5-10%) and duration (10-20s) scale with rank.

Build can be optimized a tiny bit more by maxing out [Adaptation], but will require another Umbra Forma or polarity changes that makes the build incompatible with other important builds.
This is polarity compatible with other important builds (like ESO Saryn) by default.
