Metronomicon {Chapter 7} Tankavia Prime

Hello and welcome to the seventh chapter of the Metronomicon!

In this chapter we will be looking at the second (and last) bad/stupid/unnecessary meme build, the Tank Build.

(Disclaimer: Like the build in chapter 5, the Metronomicon DO NOT RECOMMEND this build, it is unbelievably stupidly expensive, requires at least 1 Umbral Forma, and worst of all, it's boring, but atleast it's functional)

(Disclaimer: This mod requires that you have subsumed either Ember, Saryn or Valkyr)


Mods in order of importance: Tank mods used:

{[Primed Flow]} (wait, this is not a tank mod... whoops)
This mod increases maximum warframe energy by 275%, increasing it from 263 to a whopping 744 Maximum Energy.
This combined with Arcane Energize fixes [Octavia]'s energy problems completely!
If you do not have Arcane Energize, swap [Primed Flow] with [Streamline].
(You do not need a maxed out Arcane Energize, even at rank 1 or 2 it is super good)
If you do not have [Primed Flow], use a regular [Flow] or [Streamline] instead, regular [Flow] increases maximum energy to 525, which is still really good.
[Primed Continuity] "would" be a very good choice, but then you would have to use a forma to remove the naromon polarity with a madurai, don't.
[Narrow Minded] is not recommended either, because you do not want to reduce Fire Blast's range.

{[Healing Flame]} This is [Ember]'s Fire Blast augment mod, This mod makes Fire Blast restore 62.25 Health to your warframe per enemy hit.
This will restore alot of health if you are facing large groups of enemies, making you very hard to kill.
Not to mention that Fire Blast reduces their armor by 50%, and deals a "tiny" amount of fire damage.

Another great helminth healing ability is [Saryn]'s Molt with it's augment mod [Regenerative Molt].
Molt Summons a decoy that draws aggro, and increases your movement speed by 2.5x for 5 seconds AND cleanses all status effects.
Molt's augment mod [Regenerative Molt] heals you by 50 health per second for 10 seconds, for a total of 500 health.
Although not even close to the healing amount offered by Fire Blast's [Healing Flame] Augment, [Regenerative Molt]'s healing does not require enemies to be close by, making it a more reliable healing source.

The third and final helminth recommendation is Warcry.
Warcry increases your base armor by 83%, increases attack speed by 50%, and casting this ability slows nearby enemies movement and attack speed by 50%.
Although Sacrificing your ability to heal, 83% armor is really good, and slowing down nearby enemies can be very useful.

{[Adaptation]} This mod grants damage resistance to damage types received recently. (for example; if you take puncture damage, you gain puncture damage resistance)
Each resistance stack is 10%, up to a maximum of 90% damage resistance for 20 seconds.
This mod makes you very tanky.

{[Rolling Guard]} This mod makes you invulnerable for 3 seconds when rolling, and removes all status effects, has a 7 second cooldown that activates after invulnerable period has expired.
Although stat-wise it does not directly increase any stats like health or armor, having the ability to remove status effects is SUPER useful, and being invulnerable let's you get out of deadly situations.

{[Umbral Vitality]}, {Umbral [Steel Fiber]} and {[Umbral Intensify]} When using all 3, [Umbral Vitality] increases your health by 770%.
Umbral [Steel Fiber] increases your armor by 192.5%, and [Umbral Intensify] increases ability strength by 66%, all 3 mods also increases "Tau Resistance" by a total of 54.9%.
These 3 mods combined, all at max rank, make you much more tanky. ([Umbral Intensify] does not need to be max rank)

{Primed Vigor} This mod increases health and shields by 220%.
You can easily replace this with any other defensive mod.

Exilus Mods:

Nope, not enough mod capacity, unless your insane and want to use 2 Umbra Forma.

Aura Mods:

You have a choice between [Physique], Rejuvenation, Stand United and Brief Respite.

Choose something random, does not matter too much.

Arcanes:

There are a bunch of Defensive Arcanes

Arcane [Guardian] and Arcane Grace are the best defensive mods

Arcane Energize is not a defensive mod, but were all going to use it anyway, so i might as well recommend it.


Technically this is not a "bad" build, but why on earth would you want [Octavia] to be tanky when she has Metronome?

The only way i can see this being fun, is if you turn this into a hybrid melee build, or swap one of the mods with Vigorous Swap.

But a Full Tank Octavia build? No tanks!
